Traditional Windows Installation

To install or update your version of Workstation, download here. New and current users will use the download link to install Workstation. New users will need the license key, username and password provided to them by the support team. Current users will be able to select the link and the installation will begin, you will need to have your license key ready for the initial login. The latest version of Workstation will then be added to the computer or network that you installed the software to.

To install, select “download here” from above to start the setup installation. Select “Save” then navigate to the file location. Right click on the Workstation.zip file and select “Extract All...”. Enter a file location and select “Extract”. Alternatively, double-click Workstation.zip then drag and drop the setup.exe file to a desired location.  Right click on the setup.exe and select “run as administrator” to clean and ensure any previous versions are no longer on the computer.

This file will be installed to the C Drive and create a “Workstation” folder that also gives users access to many different layouts, icons, reports, etc.

System Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Processor: Intel Pentium IV or AMD computer with 2 GHZ or greater.
  • Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit).
  • Memory: 2 gigabytes minimum.
  • Hard drive space: 2 gigabytes of free space minimum.
  • Graphics hardware: Resolution of 1024x768 min and 32-bit color.
  • Installation: Internet Connection.

Recommended Requirements

  • Processor: Intel i5 OR i7 with 2 GHZ or greater.
  • Operating System: Windows 7 or greater.
  • Memory: 4 gigabytes (32 bit), 8 gigabytes (64 bit).
  • Hard drive space: 4 gigabytes of available space.
  • Graphics hardware: Resolution of 1920x1080 or better, 32-bit color.
  • Installation: Internet Connection.

Additional Setup Information

  1. Users will need to ensure they have their license key, username and password provided to them by the support team.
  2. Users can install workstation to a computer or to a network.
  3. Once workstation is installed by using the download link, users will select the icon on their desktop to login to workstation.
